Kitten Coons are out (PICS)

Seen these 3 little kittens laying there airing out on the side of a gravel road airing out. May 23 while it was still hot at 11:45 at night.

Made one drop last night behind the house and treed a kitten.

It was strange because he was all alone unless the others were well hidden.

I shined several trees close by and didn't see momma or any others sitting up.

This was the first kitten I've seen this year.

I was beggining to get worried many sows didn't get bred because of the rough winter we had.

Usually don't start seeing them in my area until the end of June.
A friends neighbor called him last weekend ma coon and kits
out of his boat and they didn't even have their eyes open yet.

Weren't you the fella that said your coon were ruttin in November? Gestation period on coon being 63 dys and figuring they don't usually start wanderin till 5 to 6 weeks old I'd say that that would put breeding time in January/Feb like most do.
