Need Help Fast

Okay here's the deal. When I bought my female I hunt now this kid I got her of of signed the back but never sent them in. No big deal I filled out an afidavet paid the extra 15 for that plus the 16 dollar registration plus I paid an extra 25 for next day air. I sent a 56$ check to UKC like 2 or 3 weeks ago. They called me and said I owed 10 more dollars, I don't understand that, no big deal but I cannot get ahold of anyone in the registration dept today. Tried several times.

My problem is this. I have put her in 3 hunts and I have a second and a first and I wanted to take her to a hunt tonight but they still have my papers but I have the entry card from the original guy I bought her fom. They are still holding my papers waiting for that extra 10$ from me. Can I hunt her in the hunt tonight?

i heard they were closed because of the big snow up there

The registered owner is listed as owner and the new owner as handler for the event. New owners may not enter using the registered owners UKC Easy Entry™ Card.

I've been tryin' to get an answer to a problem I'm havin' with registering a female also.Been darn near a week,and I still know as much as I did a week ago.

You should be fine - the name change was received by the UKC office before she will finish her Nite Ch.
I would just send in the extra $10 right away, and if she finishes to Ch tonight, just drop the UKC registration dept an email and make sure they get the transfer/name change done before the club sends in the hunt results.
