Vacation at Smith Lake this weekend!

My folks have rented a house on Smith Lake thiss weekend. So the mutt will get a reast this weekend. I am leaving Thursday and comin back Tuesday. Four days of eating, skiing, and relaxing!

We are staying in a different house this time, but the last time we went there were bungy straps on all the garbage cans to keep the coons out.

If I had to hunt the hills around this lake I would probly quit! I just thought we had some bad hills where I hunt. But this is rediculous. I am huffin and puffin just walkin from the lake to the house. It is 93 steps straight up hill!

I live 20 minutes from Lewis Smith lake and the hills don't bother me as bad as all of the city folks raising cane when you dog gets treed near their houses. I don't hunt around it much because I'm afraid to get a dog shot. It's a wonderful lake for recreation... I hope you have a good time.

i live about 25 mins from there. the hills arent that bad

Yeah the hills didn't get bad till we got right to the lake. It looks like good coon huntin but I would imagine from the looks of the houses around us that they would raise cain about a dog runnin through their yard.
