Here is the complete story no BullSHi+

Show up at a local UKC HUNT 6 entries total. The hunt Director or club rep. Says I forgot the packet at home you all go ahead and hunt I'll fill the report out.

One dead cast that the UKC REP OR CLUB REP WAS ON.

The other cast had a winner with plus points which means the winner gets a first place.




The hunt was never reported to Ukc. And the UKC CLUB REP. IS NOT TAKING ANY CALLS



HIS NAME IS GARY WEEDEN AKA TINY WEEDEN WILL NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE OR DOOR.


IF ANYONE CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM PLEASE PASS THE WORD.

Rules and score cards say no firearms, but forum says its ok. Nite champion rules say scratch for opossum, but world hunt winners tree one, so who knows how this is handled. GOOD LUCK

I guess by saying that the report was never turned into UKC you called them and they told you that. What did they say was the next thing to do. I don't think contacting the person yourself or knocking on his door will solve anything. I would PM Allen G. and file an official complaint. If the club actually operates like that then UKC will probably cut ties with them or come to a solution. My opinion on the win is if the club doesn't respond, then one will never be credited.

I assume entry fees were paid. Looks like he also is a thief. Turn his a$$ in.

call UKC and find out if there was even a hunt scheduled for that night at the club in question. did you see it scheduled in the magazine or here on the board? if not, it may not have been licensed or confirmed, hence the convenient leaving the report home thing. if there was a confirmed hunt scheduled, I am sure they are already after him to get it turned in. your first step is calling the field operations office and get it reported, then wait out the fall out. I would not go back to his house or call him anymore. obviously he is not going to try to help you, so you have no other recourse.

I personally have first hand knowledge of the following incident and all that happened was a letter to the MOH ..Don't do it again.....AND the guy did not get his 1st place win.

2 dogs in cast. One guy(A) had got a 1st place win on the night before on a different dog.The other guy(B) on the cast was buddies with the MOH.
The MOH even suggested to the A that he should let his buddy B win since A had got a 1st place win the night before and to give someone else a chance.
A said he came to hunt and whom ever won was the way it would be.
On the last tree of the night B wanted A to minus A's dog because he insisted it moved.A's dog never stopped treeing so A refused.If A had got minus B would win and get a first place.
B got mad called the MOH and told him not to award A the first because A cheated.
When A arrived at the club house it was all closed up and the MOH met A in the parking lot, grabbed the card off A ,said he would call him Sunday and get him his win slip "AFTER TALKING TO B".
B never came back to the club house and no questions were on the card anyway.

Sunday the MOH would not answer his phone. A called from a different # and Behold the MOH suddenly did answer.
He said his buddy B told him A cheated so he was not awarding A his win.
A filed a written formal complaint on the MOH.
After a UKC investigation....
A was told he should had filed a complaint on Saturday night!!
I ask you how do you fill a complaint form on Saturday when the MOH is shooing you away. Meeting you in the parking lot with his hand on the handle of his truck.Dismissing your protests and telling you he will talk to you Sunday ???
You can't twist his arm and take the packet out of his car.
Then refuses to answer your phone # anyway.

As I said A did not get his win. All one had to do was look at the score card. I still don't understand the reasoning that the first was not made to be awarded.
The MOH only got a letter of reprimand.
I think his license should had been pulled.
The incident showed he was clearly biased and dishonest.
