Just thinking.

If you see sombody hunting in hunts 4 or5 nights a week do you think that there dog is so superior that they don't have to hunt at home or the dog fits the rules so well that it's all handling.

Darrell is guess old habits are hard to break I come from the time before the $$$ hunts when we didn't have a lot of hunts and the big ones you stayed at home and prepaired for months for them I just can't see how a person can keep a dog right with all the pressure some of these dogs can put on them night after night.

Unless you are a business owner who makes his own hours, rich, or a paid handler I don't know how you would have the time or money to go to that many hunts a week. Myself I work Monday through Friday 2 - midnight and I like hunting every night after work and then hit a hunt on Saturday if there is one within 2 hours of me which this month there aren't any so I will just pleasure hunt him alone which I think they all need anyway.

One thing about it if he don't make it it is not because he ain't getting hunted and there's not nobody likes to hunt more than Carson I hope he wins it all.

Most of the times if I've hit 4-5 a week it's cause I'm running for a truck ticket.

Just saying

I believe, correct me if I am wrong. A person can take the money they are spending running a dog 4-5 nights a week and buy a **** good truck. I know because I use to be one of those paid handlers. You do it because it is an addiction. Don't get me wrong I loved it, but life is too short and too precious for me to spend most if following a dog. Just one mans opinion. Jeff Farthing

I hunted dogs for the public for years and there is no worse feeling of having to go hunting or to a hunt when you don't want to. I am handling a female for a freind right now anybody could win with it's ok if I just go when I want to she's out of my old stuff he is going to breed her and I am going to get a pup so it's all fun now I got to were I look forward to it now haven't felt like that in a long time.
