I had one out of him an oneys lucky until last summer he was nite ch big redtic real smart lay up artist dead loner but his ears costantly infected an had a lot of food allergys cost me a lot of money to try an continually fix an from what Burt told me two of the litter he knew of was the same way he was the best dog I ever seen in the snow an during hide season tight mouthed ambush style dog overrun a lot of coon but once he located load the gun sold him to a man in Tennessee last I heard he was in Texas

I have had huge success with Oney's stuff my favorite was Nitech Perks Northern Cujo. I still have some in my kennel.

Cujo threw some of the best cold nosed track dogs that were tree dogs. People should have bred to him a lot more. I helped work a lot of Cujo pups and I can't remember one that should have been a cull. That's a big statement to make but its what I witnessed.

I did have some issues with some pups directly out of King. I would rather not discuss them "on air" . With that said I prefer to stay away from the King blood. However I prefer silence on my issues due to my respect for Bert Oney for all he has done for the breed. I did discuss my issues with Bert he did admit of having some issues as well. I agree with Cheyenne on the Cujo line... Turkey Ridge Racket is my all time favorite... Good Luck

Most of my stuff has Oneys Chief, I had two off of Cujo and were to gritty on bear for their own good. The Chief dogs seem to be a little smarter when it came to bears

J B PITCREW, he sired a lot of pups but most went to big game hunters and pleasure hunters, the Gr. & Nt. Ch. numbers mean **** little too me, if you were taking a shot at Bert with that post its uncalled for, if not my apologies. If it was not for Bert's breeding program and desire to put the English breed in a better place, they would not be where they are now! Not many English studs today that don't carry the blood of something that he has promoted!

It seems that this post is getting away from the guys question. He asked about Perks Northern Clyde. It seems most of us are replying about Perks Northern Cujo. I am sorry if I caused the hijacking of this post. That wasn't my intentions. Once again I am sorry.

By the way JB PITCREW is a good man he is faithful to the English breed he follows and carries old blood Platte Valley breeding. Witch go along with the older Oney Blood. So I can't Imagine that he never meant anything negative.
