I hunt and breed my own strain of walkers. My hounds go back pretty heavily to a hound named Sawyer, out of a Deanwood Drifter female and Tree Blaster.
I've out-crossed into this strain a few times throughout the years, some I didn't stay with, and a few that worked. Stylish Legend worked with I'm doing and I'm enjoying hunting a nice female now that's a quarter Legend and three quarters my stuff.
I bred this female to Bone Collector last fall and I'll start finding out in a few months how that cross works.
Wyoming does not have great coon hunting and there are very few serious hunters out here. I'm fortunate to live in the best area in the state and breeding the kind of hound I like is my passion.
If any of you ever get a chance to get out this way, stop here for a Wyoming coon hunt!

I've heard of Dan. I think that was a blue dog he sold out of a dog called Northern Blue Boss. He sold him to some guy in Nebraska named Larsen. I guess he figured he wouldn't know the difference.
X 2 on the legend stuff. I'm huntin a direct son, and a grandson. Do you have plenty of ground to hunt out there ?
