Posted videos of dogs treeing..???

My question is this:
Why do people post videos of there dog Treeing and NEVER once through a shot up the tree so we can see WHAT if anything is up there..?? HMM.??
One would think that after all the explanation of said dog is done, a guy that has a "sure enough Coon dog" "according to his description" that the iceing on the cake would be a "REAL LIVE WILD COON LOOKING DOWN AND SMILING FOR THE CAMREA"
Sure makes me raise an eye brow...

Why a post a pic of feeder bucket coons?

Videos

Most of the guys that post videos do so you can see the dogs tree style, listen to the dogs cadence and hear the loudness of the voice. I have posted a few walking into my dog at night from a distance on the snow then post an after picture of the coon after I shot it out to show there was a coon in the tree. Kinda hard to hold the camera and shoot the coon out as I hunt mostly alone. I think people are proud of their dogs tree style or loudness and wanna show it. I would say the real deal at night is better than the daytime hangup videos or a little pup standing on a tree trying to get a hot dog. But even a daytime video of a very young pup treeing a hide is cool.

Also I would say the dog treeing at night is better than some of the pics I have seen, I have a friend that traps over a couple hundred coon a yr and has a dog. When he gets ready to sell he hangs all the trapped fur up on the barn wall and snaps a picture with the dog..

Thats why momma said dont believe anything you hear and read and only half of what you see!!

Lol.!! Everything you said is so true. People are very proud of there tree dogs and take pics of dogs with furs that were trapped. But I'm saying it's not that hard to video the Coon thats in that tree because those peope were able to fumble with light, tie dog, take the video at night, all buy themselves and would take no effert to video up the tree. Unless your hiding something ?? I don't know about everyone's "tree dog" frame of mind, but me, I'd rather listen to a dog Treeing and be looking up at the coon. I can tell everything I need to know about that dogs tree style, bpm, jacking the tree, chewing the tree, not staying hooked, looking up, looking down , and whatever else all the while looking at the game they put up there . JMO

Probably because the day I'm worried about what some yahoo on the internet thinks if my dog has the coon or not, will be the day I quit coon hunting!!!

Ok so before another yahoo on the internet get there nose out joint: what I'm talking about is the dogs that for sale with a video of them Treeing and not showing the coon. If your dog is not for sale and if not looking at it with some interest in buying it then you are correct I don't care if it has the coon, and you don't care that I don't care. Just talking about the forsale dog videos. And not trying to get in a p!$$;ng match, just think that when trying to advertise a dogs ability and show it's tree style pros/cons that having the coon to show would be highly beneficial to all.. Hope that helps clarify my questions intention .

Well heck of showing videos of dogs tree with coon, then you would have bunch people turning a cage coon loose for them to tree it heck, Idc if thru show me a video after video with coon in tree or pics of 50+ hides, I'm smart enuff try one before I buy and see for myself if can tree and have coon in real life.
