Why does it take UKC so long to answer calls??

I have been tring to get someone at UKC all day, have been holding for 25 min.s this time, been on hold most of the day! they should hire more people.

I HAVE HAD THE SAME LUCK AS YOU. I HAVE CALLED THEM AT LEAST 6 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 1/2 MONTHS AN HAVE YET TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. THIS IS CRAZY !!!!!!! TO LEAVE SOMEONE ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 20 MIN " EACH TIME THEY CALL " IS WRONG.

Might be so but I'm not pm'ing my credit card number to any one, would you?
seem's like if UKC wants our money they should do something about there customer service, after all UKC is a busniess is it not?

Thank you for posting your concerns. Our Customer Service staff works diligently all day answering phone calls, 750 or more calls a day, with great efficiency. With that said, my apologies that you have been unable to get through. I'm continually working with our IT department to ensure that our phone system is working as efficiently as possible.

If you would be so kind as to email me personally at traab@ukcdogs.com with your name, address, UKC registration number, if available, along with your concerns/questions, I will be glad to personally attend to your concerns/questions.

JUST A COUPLE YEARS NOW......BUT AFTER READING TMR REPLY THERE STILL WORKIN ON IT ANYWAY.....
