Photos of First Event at the new Kokomo, IN Club

Last night was the first sanctioned hunt held in the new beautiful club house of the Howard Co. Coon Hunter's formally at Kokomo, IN. The club is located right off of U.S. 31 and U.S. 24 near Peru, IN. This by far is the NICEST building for the coon hunters I have been in! The photos I am posting do not do this property justice. I look for great things to be organized and offered to the coon hunters out of this club, and it is set smack dab in some of the best coon hunting in Indiana.

Here is the first cast of dogs for the hunt last night. Do you recognize the guy in the middle handling the Redbone?

Here is a photo of the outside front of the building

Here is the water landscape in the front with a waterfall in the big rock

Maaaan thats a nice lookin club. That looks more like a church than a coon club. congradulations Kokomo. Our clubs around here are sheds and barns abondoned by most. thats nice.

We expect great things to come from this club.
They have the perfect location, the facilities, and the parking , to host major events.

Travis,
It is definitely a coon club and was built for the coon hunters. It is available for other events too and they already have some booked. The kitchen will be complete with all stainless steel appliances so banquets and catered parties can be held there as well. As Elvis said, look for some major coonhound events to be held there in the future.

Coon Club A++++

Great looking club & location.
I think I rode a 4-wheeler thru there one time.

We need something like that in Western North Carolina.

Very Nice! Looks like a lot of work was put into it!
Will this club be a satalite club for Autumn Oaks?

Laura,
It isn't a satellite for Autunm Oaks, but maybe in future years? It would be a great satellite for A.O.
