? Has anyone used this Cat S61 thermal in a tree trying to locate a Coon? That’s it’s biggest selling point correct?

From what I have researched this is a flir thermal built into the cat brand phone. They make flir thermals you can plug into your phone already but they don’t do well for coon hunting. Even the upper end flir thermals have very mixed reviews in that application.
This phone itself has really mixed reviews.
Who wants to pay 699.00 to get a phone when you can buy the same system minus new new lights on the collar for 399.00 and use your own phone.
The thermal will be junk in the summer when you wanna use it.
In my opinion dogtra is behind the eight ball on this one.
I love the dogtra system but they should have been investing there time in make it compatible with an Apple Watch instead of selling you a cheap phone when most people already own one compatible with there system.
If you want a good thermal buy a agm 25.
All just my opinion...

I wish they would partner with ON X hunting app. That would make that system even better.
