Missing Hound in Eastern N.C.

Hey Guys in Eastern N.C. please be on the look out and ears open. While hunting Friday night out of the Keanasville UKC club my female went missing. Had a DC 40 collar on her with the last signal coming from the collar near a road. Been back to the area over the last two days, chatted with area neighbors but no signs of her around. She may have been picked up by a dog thief or a collar thief either way I would appreciate any help you could give me. She is a good built female with blanket back and a good blocky red head. She answers to Taylor. Thanks for your help.

Check Craigs List in your area in the pets section & lost & found - also post that she's missing there . Also local Humanes Society do walk through & fill out a missing dog form .

Who was your guide ?? What area were you hunting ??

last drop was within 2 miles of club house off of Wards Bridge Rd. no signs of her in the area so I believe she was picked up along Wards Bridge Rd. My hope is that if that happen it was for the GPS collar and that the female will show up un harm and come back home safe and sound.

Had a good talk with the Duplin County animal control people today and they have relayed their desire to really help in this matter. I am grateful that they have seemed so eager to not only help in the recovery but they have assure me that if my hound was taken they will pursue the full extent of the law against the person responsible.
