NITECH 'PR' Blackburn's Boss

A young hound with few pups on the ground as of right now. Hes only 3 years old and Qualified for the World hunt last year as a 2 year old. Made him NITECH last fall and will be promoting him this spring in the midwest working towards his GRNITECH. Hes as honest and accurate as they come, he isnt a track burner but he will push a track hard and likes to be under the meat. Independent is how he won his last 2 hunts to capture his NITECH title. Last hunt there were only 3 coons scored in the open class and he was the only dog under those 3 coons. 85 bark per minute chop tree dog that will hold the pressure all night. Give him a look, you might just like him. Thanks for looking.

Boss will hold the pressure all night unless he has a gator dog in his cast. If he does, he will just find his own coon and be by himself. Hes smart enough to not fight back with another gator dog and get himself scratched! The Whitakers Black Smokey II tree power was passed down to him.

Im 4 hours + North/North West of you. Im about an hour North of Hays. Right along the Kansas/Nebraska State line.

The last hunt Boss was in (Last Oct) he earned his NITECH degree. This last weekend we broke him out for the spring competition season and he won his 1st win towards GRNITECH with 200+ points. The entire cast scored on den trees all night but the only positive tree was with Boss under it. The 5 minute tree time shut out the other dogs.

Boss was high scoring dog overall at the Nebraska Bluetick Breeders hunt last Saturday with a cast win score of 625+
This makes NITECH win #2 for him. He Scored on 3 coons Saturday night and looked good doing it.

Our little 11 month old female also did well on the bench for her first shows ever.

Had a good hunt Friday night at the Kansas State hunt. Came home with 475+ but it was a little short of the winning dog. Winning dog had 525+ Boss looked good and were getting ready to head to Black and Tan days before too long! Hope to see everyone there!

Haven't been on here for a while so I will give a little update, Boss sired another litter by Dark Hollow Tess. These pups will be ready to go the first part of November. They are performance nominated and also PKC registered. Boss has won a couple more hunts and now lacks one win to be GrNtCh. Hope the hunting has been going well for all and hope that everyone has a successful kill season!
