Systemic tree and shrub Insect Drench.

Imidacloprid --1.47%
other ingredients 98.53%
Total 100.00%

Would someone please share some information ?

that sounds like the same stuff as Bayer tree and shrub. as long as it does not have fertilizer in it you should be able to use it.

the imidacloprid is the same ingredient as Bayer advantage. Old Dominion is another brand.

This is all it says, the same thing as bayers tree and shrub.

What Is the 98.53%

not sure...even the MSDS sheet didnt list what they were. I would assume water and other inert ingredients just like most chemicals.

The other 98.53% is just an aqueous emulsion diluent. It contains water, glycerin (freeze/thaw recovery aid), surfacants and stabilizers (keeps active ingredients uniformly dispersed) preservatives, and an anti-foam agent. Since the product is used as a year long insect protectant it needs the glycerin, and it needs the surfacants for the systemic properties to enhance the amount that is absorbed into ground.

well, ppl have been using the bayer (before fertilizer added) on their dogs, myself included, for fleas and I dont recall anyone losing one. i would be careful if it has fertilizer.

Your not going to know or find out what is in the other 98.53% and here is why:

Thanks Buck Shot, I think I understand what your saying, In other words we don't know what is In the 98.53 % thats In bayers tree and shrub. We have just been useing It regardless of what It might consist of and hopeing for the best.
