Help, 2 dogs lost in east Ky.
I have two dogs missing in Letcher Co. upper Cumberland river, flat gap area. These dogs have been gone since Nov. 20 sunday night. One is an old walker female blanket back, red head, she is ten years old and looks every day of it. The other is a plott pup almost all black, he is 5 months old, probably about 25 or 30 pounds, he is a real mouthy pup. The old dog had a tracking collar, I haven't been able to get a signal since I lost her. I am now thinking they might have been picked up on the road.
If anyone knows or hears of somebody coming up with these dogs please contact me, phone 606 633 8922or email lscmullins@setel.com
They could also be in Virginia as it is only a few miles.
Thanks Larry Mullins
good luck on finding ur dogs hopefully nobody got them

lost dogs in ky
Are there any cliffs or caves close to where you were hunting? I have had to rescue dogs here where I am located before. It is just an idea . I had one dog gone for 4 days once and just lucky that a guy heard him barking and he went and rescued him. The dog was down on a ledge and couldnt get out. There is a few dog traders down this way , and I will let you know if any thing turns up here. Hope you find your dogs . Wendell

found em,
got em today. They came out of the woods to a house about 2pm.
Thanks to all my friends who called, and offered help and advise.
Glad you found them , I know your heart came back to a resting pace. Nothing like the family in trouble.
GLAD YOU FOUND EM! That worries me EVERY SINGLE TIME I cut mine loose. One thing I didnt see mentioned: most of the time if a hound goes underground in a cave, the signal on the tracking collar dies. That was the first thing I thought of when I saw your initial post, that I bet them dogs went in a cave or a hole!
