dogs feet?

german short hair pointer started early this summer his toes are swelled up and infected but not all of his toes. He's on a wood floor, kennel untreated wood, other dog on same kennel floor his feet are normal. Both dogs have been in that kennel for three years and his feet have just started this summer being infected been to vet three times been on antibiotics for a month and fungi treatments pill form for two months still no difference, changed his dog food, and bedding and his feet haven't got any better! When i hunted him, him being on his feet running through the grass his toes would bleed or if u aplied pressure to his feet by hand they would still bleed. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do or whats wrong.

i would put them on pennicilin, and soak there feet in ebsom salt water..sounds like an infection..but the dog maybe reinjuring its feet on the fence or something..you might want to relocate the dog to a different spot to see if it makes a difference. sometimes a dog will crack there toe nail and it will split all the way up to the hide. then will swell from infection. i had that happen.

Does he chew at his feet, or does he have any other skin problems?
Check this site out and look at itchy dog www.zoomdogsupplements.com
Their is a check list you can go by and see if any he has any of those problems. This is great stuff, I use the Hunt Dog on my older dog, and you can tell a big difference. I'm a dealer if you need any help with it.
