Registration

I am currently in position 170 on hold with the registration department. Please tell me this cannot be right? I am just trying to make sure that UKC has my paperwork. Not mad or anything, but this is scary to me to have so much invested and to have no way to talk to anyone regarding paperwork. Last time I called I was at position 16 on hold and it took 1.5 hours of being on hold to talk to someone. Do we see this getting any better guys?
