Dog training

Does anyone in the south train dogs or work with coonhounds I have a just turned 1 Albert bred Black and Tan good looking dog with a decent mouth I’ve started him on caged coons and we have treed 3 last week off of feeders and then 1 just walking thru the woods now for the problem he won’t get out from under my feet seams to have at least a medium to cold nose runs track good and has not showed me a slick tree yet even when female dog I have does he will not hunt with another dog for more than 3-5 min so I can’t take him with others idk what to do am willing to pay for help
