Kentucky Elk Hunt

My stepson got drawer for a bull in the western part of the elk zone, around Clay and Leslie counties. The outfitter he was gonna use didn’t work out. Anyone in the area know of any land where he could kill a nice bull? He would like to hire someone who has land or access to land to guide him. If anyone is interested please let me know.
