Advice in planning a Memorial hunt in Grandpa memory

So as some may know my grandpa passed a few months back. Ever since I have wanted to plan a memorial hunt to have annually.

We have recently opened are club back up in Marietta Ok
And have scheduled 3 Double Header slam hunts

My plan is to have a 2 night hunt.
1st which will probably be on a Friday night
Will be a youth hunt
100% payback to the youth
With prizes for top 4 cast wins
Also a bench show with prizes

2nd would be a Saturday night hunt which may not be scheduled this year because not sure if I could get my dates.
Next year would like to schedule a Slam hunt or purina event.
With trophy and maybe prizes.

How do you qualify to have a bigger hunt like a purina event or Slam

I dont like coming out and just asking for poeple to give me things.
So my Questions are
How do I get sponsors to donate stuff for prizes
I have a big nice building and food covered already.

Any help is appreciated
I think my area would benefit from a event like this once a year and honor my Grandpa in a very good way.

This is all new to me so thought I would ask some poeple that know.
