Help with breed standards

I need some help with bluetick breed standards.
I have two blueticks, one who has the traditional colors markings and the other who also has the traditional markings and ticking but the color is more of a white background instead of grey.
I want to know if the white male meets the standards and should be registered as a blue tick.

I appreciate any help and suggestions.
