? about led light

I have a 3.7 volt light with 10w led head. I think it is made in China. Just wondering if anyone could tell me how to put a reostat switch on it to dimm it up and down. It has a push button switch with 4 setting but it is still to bright on the lowest setting. And also how were could I get a red led module to put on the head and how would I hook it up. Thanks Matt.
