Ovuplant with transcervical ai

So I have a female who has always been irregular and only comes in once a year. By guessing I think she should come innwithin the next two months but after talking to a local reproduction vet she mentioned this and said it would start her pretty quick. The plan was for her to go to denes anyways so does anybody have experiences or opinions with this.
