UKC....Still having trouble with the website

I've called, friends have called, PM'd and still haven't got an answer to why the message board isn't working for us, would like for someone from UKC to contact us and let us know what's going on please. We can't bump our ads to the top and no one can reply to our ads, if they keep going down the list their eventually going to disappear meaning were gonna lose all of our pics, references, feedback on pups, etc.. These ads help us promote our studs, we pay good money for fees, registering litters etc and we should be able to use the forums to promote our dogs, please give us some answers as to what's going on with this problem and what's going on to correct it. Thanks.
