fork mountain va smokie river pup

My wife bought me a pup from a guy in the fork mountain area of Franklin county Virginia last may. The pup is about a year old now. I'd like to find this guy so maybe I could get the papers for him. I found the pup on this forum. Any help would be appreciated.
