Pleasure

I have followed hounds of some sort for about 40 years and have had some of the best times in the woods with friends and hounds of all kinds , last night I was with a good friend , he came over while i was finishing dinner and we chatted for a bit about family and personal things going on and then we left and went hunting.
we had two young hounds that probably couldn’t either one tree a coon buy their selves but we did manage to capture a gritty little ring tail and let’s just say , they got all they wanted of that little critter, we left the coon up the tree to climb another day but in the mist of our adventure we had a great time of fellowship and relaxation ! I cannot even count the times I have had the same experiences with good friends through the years. some of my dearest friends have been coon hunters , and I will never forget the laughs and the tears we had shared all these years.
I love the sport , I love the hounds , But i love my friends and what they mean to me ! The close bonds that we have shared through the years cannot be explained but in one way. It has been a Pleasure Ant that what its all about anyway
