tracking collar?

looking at getting a tracking collar to run as a backup for my dc30. I was wanting to mount the tracking unit on the same collar as my garmin so a compact unit is a must. the marshall powermaster collar looks like a good choice. It is lightweight and you can change out the batteries yourself, but they cost a little more than the rest of the tracking collars (169.00 on marshalls website)
any other suggestions on a good collar? does any of the vendors on here sell the marshall collars?
