has sensititive skin and feet...any help???

i have a walker that is getting cut all over her belly and legs. a lot of times its bleeding.i was wondering if their is anything you can do to correct it,she doesnt show it at all.but it doesnt look to good and if their isnt a correction so be it but if so i wanna go for it.
