Hound found near Beaver Ohio sunday 01/24

A guy by the name of Ralph conley called this morning and has a (yellow) hound with a Bright Eyes lighted collar and a orange probably a tracking collar on him. His phone number is 740-835-1709
He's not going to tie him up in case he knows his way home.... he said he appeared tired.
I'm sure someone is looking for him, he was from or near Beaver, Ohio.
