Single Registration at WQE'S

It was decided at the 2009 Rules Committee meeting to CHANGE the Rule about not being able to single register dogs and hunt them the same day at WQE'S. After the 1st of the year dogs WILL be able to be single registered and hunted the same day at WQE'S.

(Any changes that were made this year at the Rules Committee Meeting WILL NOT go into affect until January 1st)
