Is there anyway to look up a dag by it's number n here?

I was wondering if there is a way to look up information on the parents of my puppy. I have a Razor's Edge/Gotti pitbull, whose parents are supposed to be registered through here, and I wanted to know if they are. Also, can I register my puppy with you if his parents are? This is my first time trying to register a dog, and am clueless as to how to go about it. He is 6 weeks old. Any information you can give me is greaty appreciated...also when I was looking through the guidleines of what is and isn't allowed as far as pits, the color "merle" was mentioned, but I don't now what that is. My puppy is tan, with a dark brown snout, and white toes on his back feet...
