Find a roadkill and cut it in thin strips and lay it out on the road. Before the sun gets up, salt it down enough to make the buzzards gag. After a few days of log trucks and sunshine it will be just right.

Morning everyone! It's a chilly 39 here this morning. Gun season in our Southern zone came in Oct 16 and runs through Jan 15. I'm not a deer hunter so the sooner it's over the better for me.

Gonna be watching some ball this afternoon.

Mornin, 35 at daylight, They have got the High Cotton Yard sale going on. Starts in Camilla and runs to Fort Gaines ( roughfly 75 miles ). You wouldnt believe all the people going through this thing.

....Which is about how I've been all day...LOL... OUr friends concert was great and a full house! We stayed up to late, I did too much socializing so... I"m beat today!
It was GORGEOUS outside! I did my aftn chores in my tee shirt! Not sure what the temp got up to but I liked it!

Webster is a spoiled brat...but we love him. Rescue wants us to foster another soon... possibly a redbone... would bring me back to my roots.... We are the worlds worst fosters since NONE have ever left here...LOL... We DID so a successful transport where I made sure the dogs did NOT stay more than a couple hours... THAT worked!

Hope those of you who do deer hunt have much success. Guns BOOMING all around here... Stay safe out there too!

Morning everyone. 54 here this morning! Clouding up to rain.

We made a trip up Atlanta way yesterday just to do something. Left about 7 AM and got back about 5. Toured Bass Pro Shop and a few other places. Boy do they have some stuff! Saw Santa Claus while we were there! Wouldn't you just know it...he was selling boats! Of course we had cameras along. Got some shots there at Bass Pro as well as some on the way going and coming. Some of the big city.

Stopped and had a good fried shrimp meal at Ruby Tuesdays in Newnan.

Never before have I ever seen as many road kill deer! Must have seen at least twenty. A couple of coons.What a waste!

I'll make a gallery somewhere and share some of what we saw when I have time.
