Man what a storm we had here tonight, the last thing we need is MORE RAIN !!! theres water EVERYWHERE.

All these creeks & rivers are flooded & coon setting everywhere but the water was so deep u couldnt hunt any of it but I'll take ol GUNNER back & have some fun with these young dogs later on.

Just hard to get your head in the woods theres so much water we seen about 12-13 coons where it was flooded out so bad bet they were tile coons & had no place to go,u can drive around tomorrow & see them setting up until the water goes down but that will take a few days we have so much water.

Theres NO CROPS OUT HERE & thats getting bad its going to take several dry days before they could ever get in these fields,its a MESS.

GOOD to here Sherman can still get it done in them BIG HILLS out East, BUT I had all the faith in the world in TANK !

To much water we just made that den tree, if we could have turned lose on the ones setting up where it was flooded Im sure we could have treed some of them.

Be glad to see it dry up around here can not ever remember us having so much rain we went into winter & was around 17" below normal rain fall now who knows where we are setting.

We almost got hit by lightin when we got back to the Jeep way to CLOSE.

Well, Light'in has his first NtCh. and we are sure there will be several more to follow.

It's really not fun standing a stud dog. You do get to meet some fine folks but there is some stinkers also. Forget the stinkers and go with the good ones. You have done a great job with Light'in and he is a proven producer now. There will be many more to come, I promise.

Thanks Ed, I will agree with u there's several out there getting close to the age to where they can be put in the hunts Im looking forward to seeing whats going on in about 2-3 yrs. from now.

I have meet some NICE FOLKS, ((BUT)) like u say u got them ones out there that dont even like themself's thats saying it in a nice way.

FACTS Light'in is throwing some nice young hounds !
