Shotzi starting having her pups late last night. She has 10 now and she appears to be done. So far everything is good. Don't know the sex yet but Jeff will let me know as soon as he does. Thanks. Ron

Sorry for the delay in responding. Had to get a new PC. I enjoyed our visit and hopefully the next time your down this way we can go for hunt.

Thanks to all those who got pups out of Doc & Schotzi. We went over to Jeff's last weekend and got to watch six of them work on the net for the first time. They were ten weeks old and all six treed on it. Really cool to see pups that young show that much interest. Reports on the other four have been really good as well.

Doc and Schotzi both qualified for the UKC World Hunt last night at Robinson, Illinois.

Thanks to Jeff Timms for handling Schotzi for me and Ryan Wesley for guiding my cast. Great job guys. RT

Female out of Dual Grand Champion Son's Northern blue Doc and a line bred Piezon female. Been running loose on farm.

Glad to hear June Bug is showing the same kind of natural ability that the rest of the liter is. The Doc and Shotzi pups are all doing great.

I am having a hard time making a decision between the three males that I have here. I know that sometime in the not to distant future I am going to have to let one or two of them go. Really hard decision. All three are doing great on drags and all are really lound.

The Doc x Shotzi pups are all doing great. For those who might be interested I have decided it's time to let one of the males go. The other two I am going to keep for myself. Shotzi had four males and six females. I kept all four of the males here. Mark Brockman bought a female and was happy enough with her that he called and talked me out of one of the males. He is really happy with him.

Anyone interested in a nice male pup five months old that has been started on scent and drag give me a call. Thanks. Ron

Just gonna drag on the Doc x Shotzi pups real quick. I have a male and female here and both were treeing with old dogs before 6 months and would tree a turned out Coon no problem. Last night, a day before 9 months old my female went by herself 500 yards opened went another 300 and fell treed with the Coon. She did this in under two minutes and stayed till I got there. Hope everyone that has pups from this cross are giving them a chance.

Glad you are enjoying your pups. All the feed back on the Doc x Schotzi pups has been really good. Hopefully they will start showing up in the hunts later this year. Doc is one of the most under used stud dogs there is right now. I just don't push them like I use to. It's an age thing. Other things in life have become more important.

Everyone I have talked to are really happy with their pups. Mine split treed for the first time about a month ago.

I got Doc qualified for the UKC World Hunt last weekend. There were three blue dogs that got qualified at the hunt. RT

Went to Illinois last weekend and hunted with Marlen Smith and Russ Vernon and his wife. Had a good hunt and even better time.

I had been hearing quite a bit about a young dog that Marlen had out of Doc and Marlen's Cleta female. After a good hunt making four trees, seeing coon in three and catching one on the ground I was able to make a deal with Marlen and bring Ben home with me.

It's still early but so far Ben has lived up to my expectations.

i want to again thank Marlen, Russ and his wife fror a good time last weekend and for selling Ben to me. RT

Hope all is well Ron. Both my DocXShotzi pups have treed their own coon and are coming along nicely. Hannah went 900 plus tonight and treed with the coon on a night where old dogs couldn’t start a track. You could hear her like she was standing next to you as well, huge mouth! Have already turned offers down for her.
