I didnt have a team 6 years ago. I never liked baseball i was more into football. The first time i met a guy that became my friend he was a yankee fan and he didn't care for NFL so one day i went to his house and the red sox and yankee's were playing and i bet him the red sox would take the series and they did and i been a fan since.

The Braves have no idea what they are doing. They continue down that let's work for 2017 team. You play each season, and true competitors never give up on the season you are in. My stomach is plum sickened when I hear the names HART, and that Freddie fellow in the dug-out with the hard to spell last name. Do something for 2015 right now and FIRE THEM BOTH!!

as for the Tigers, they are on the phone with Cashman right now working out a deal to get shed of Price, and seal #28 for the Yankees.

But wait...the Tigers trade Price for three lefties two of which have been shelled all year. Great.

with all this tradeing the braves are doing how bout tradeing john hartless and freedie gonezawus,heck ill trade both of them for a totesack of rotten taters.i aint never been so mad at the braves as i am now,i didnt even watch them tonight instead i went cooning and had a ball. the braves and the tigers leadership are in the same boat,there lost as last years easter egg and wouldnt know talent if it hit them up side of the head.

yeah the Braves have surely upset the apple cart. I was going to Atlanta the week before A.O. and watch them, but I figure some of my ticket price includes paying Hart and Freddie, so I think I'll stay home and starve them out. LOL

Well I am disappointed with the lack of acquisitions That the Cubs got before the trade deadline. Thought they would try and get better then a 50% starting pitcher. For the month of August the cubs need to take 3 of 3 from the Pirates and 5 of 7 from the Giants and go 22 of 29 in August.

i just got in from hunting and watched the rerun game,i cant remember the guys name that hit the dinger but hes got some pop in his bat,i saw him hit a opposite homer the other night. mr.bond iam glad linkous better half is makeing him walk the line,i figured he was spending time in the slammer again.i wonder if hes still got the royal flag flapping in the wind with his favorite bluetick tied to the flag poe for all the world to see. haha

if he wins 4 in a row or sweeps a series the rest of the year I would vote for him to ne the manager of the year. I would also still fire him just as quickly if I could.

In case you can't tell....Bond is bitter because Linkous knows more about baseball than he does. Hard pill to swallow. Linkous is probably fishing until dark then casting a hound up the mountain while you all sit at home and cry about the Braves.

Linkous update the Royal Blue flag is still there but the National flag flys underneath it has been replaced with a new Mets flag and yes Todd his hunting boots like yours are suffering from dry rot from hanging out in the closet maybe that's why he has a blue dog

Ok we lost its time to fire Freddie again Todd I hope your new GM addresses the lack of a bull pen that's kept the Tigers from probably winning a World Series in the last few years but since he has been there all of the time it will probably be more of the same tell Miss Jodie I feel her pain

Wendell, we can fire Freddie after a win as far as I am concerned. Get Hart and Shurholtz too. Its kinda like the US Govt. clean house!

So I have been setting back taking it all in...biggest suprise so far has to be the Astro's and the biggest dissapointments are the Indians and Red Sox. Braves are toast for a couple of years, Tigers tanking their GM is a good move for them. Met's are getting scary and the future is looking good with the young pitching group, have to agree with Kellam (did i really say that) Royals lack power and are slap happy but sooner or later you got to have that big stick for support. Yank's may be back to a top contender despite some of them getting old, that is yet to be seen, a team nobody is really talking about and they may get into the mix with wildcard is the Rangers so i guess i need to order up some more flags before this one is over...LOL

and by the way Skeets you need to just keep watching the Braves and stop taken them cur dogs to my hunting spots, or at least start shoting them possums on the bait...Kellam can give you pointers on how to kill them just as Bond
