Just bred a female, directly off Spare Time Spanky, to Cowboy. This cross should produce TREE-DOGS with NATURAL winding ability, Looks and a desire to get deep and alone............Tim

Jazz pups

Morning Tim
Well good news jazz pups out Octane are starting out just like the Ranger cross. last night i took bubba (a pup out of Octane and Jazz) out with May. May took out as usual and pup went with her. Pup had been in woods once before. they ran for a while then i noticed they were not together any more. well after a while May treed and had the coon,but pup was not with her.i looked at garmin Bubba was 500 plus yards away. i went to truck and dropped May off. started listening and the sounds confirmed he was treed.Amazing enough when i got there he had a coon 6 feet off the ground in a mulberry tree. mind you he has never seen a coon before. So he was not treeing great but treeing anyway. also one of the females out that cross i Illinois has been treeing the heck out of cats and the male that Charles Wyatt has started to tree some. That is all i know about right now so six out of nine seem to be doing well at this point.only time will tell.Also these pups are only nine months old got high hopes. The Jazz x Cowboy cross should be no different. We have something good going on hope it continues. guess we will know soon. Hope to see you soon........Marvin

There are some real nice young dogs off Jazz in my area, they are definately TREE-DOGS! These pups from Cowboy should have it all, looks, desire and Natural Ability..........Tim

Well I might have the old May back (I'm hoping). She look better last night than see had since she was sick. She got a nite win last night at Fayette. May finished with 500 plus. If I hadn't pulled tigger to quick on last drop she would of had 625. Oh well it worked out any way. Just thought you would like to know. So how you feeling called yesterday. Will call another time. Starting to Show up

Dale Imhof and Ken Herman arrived about 10:30 last night. We got them situated at the bunkhouse and headed for the woods, we turned their dogs loose about midnight. The dogs struck and headed up the holler and got treed up by a small pond. The dogs wee split, Kenny's male has the sow and Dale's young male had the kittens. The second drop the dogs got real deep and fell treed on a den. Called it quits and headed back to the bunkhouse where we met up with Paul, Ron Grubb, Art Lee, and Cameron Cooper. They treed a couple on their hunt. Gonna get together again tonight and tune the dogs up. Can hardly wait till Friday at Marshall...........Tim

Timmy, bring them down to Sedalia these coon don't even know what a dog is lol. I'm gonna guide both nights if needed I have about 15 ditchs that are full of mulberries.

Paul, Art Lee and Cameron took Dale and Ken hunting last night (I had to set this one out). Paul said that they weren't coming in until they treed one right. Haven't heard from them yet this morning, they may be still chasing the hounds...........Tim

BBOA Zone I Hunt Friday & Saturday.Marshall, Mo

Had a great time at Marshall, wasn't able to hunt but did a lot of talking to the old gang and some new guys. Don't know how many hunted but there seemed to be quite a few newcomers. The Hog Roast was great and if anyone went away hungry it was their own fault. Hope to see everyone there next year..........Tim
