Lequires Rock River Ruby is back at the house getting bred to Sid again! This is Dans mama (Dan is the big pup on the tree in the pics I posted a while back with the sid skeeter puppies) the reports on the 1st litter were awesome so we gonna do it again!!

We wanted to thank everyone that came by the stud barn and visited with us or bought pups and everything this weekend! There were 4 pups to sell and all of them have new homes now!

No puppies from Sadie. We bred her the 1st time DEC 8 then she turned into the devils spawn and wouldn't let him breed again till Dec 14. So id say we just flat missed that window of opportunity.

All pups listed above have been sold. Here is the pedigree on rubys pups if she has any. With Sids age we pray everytime we breed a female now! But she was bred the week before southeastern so another couple weeks and we should know if she took or not. All the pups off the first cross is doing something on coon or bear so they said let's git r done again. I pray she took because Sid isn't getting any younger.

I wish I would have had time to post something sooner but it has just been a rough last few weeks for us. Quincy and myself mom and dad and cheyenne all had the flu and quincy and daddy got pnumonia and I got bronchitis. Daddy went to the dr Friday and that's when they did the bloodwork and found out something wasn't right. Did nuclear stress test Monday anothher one Tuesday. Catherization Wednesday and surgery today.

Daddy Update! The surgery went well. He did have a little trouble with low platelet count so his blood didn't want to clot so it took a little longer but they finally got him over that and out into recovery. I got to go up and see daddy for a little bit. He is off the ventilator and breathing on his own now. The nurse said he was doing really well. They were going to take some of the tubes out tonight. She said they would probably get him up and walk some tomorrow. I will post more as I find out. Thanks in advance for all the thoughts and prayers! They are working!!

For those of u who are my friends on facebook I am posting updates there also.

Thanks again for all the thoughts and prayers and please keep them coming! God is working his magic for sure! Love ya'll!

Daddy Update: We just got back from seeing daddy! He was very awake and he said he wasn't in any pain except his back hurt for not being able to move. They said his platelets and BP were still a little low but he was doing good. They are going to move him to another room right now. Its still an ICU room buts its not quite as critical as where he is now. He was able to talk to us a lot. He got to eat a few bites and has been sitting in the chair since 2am. His nurse Dylan said he was doing good. They said it will just take time. We will be able to go back to ssee him at 2. So another update then!!

Hi Cindy, I think its cool you started this Sid Page. I use to own a litter mate sister to Sid. Best coon dog I ever owned. Just bought another pup Out of Sid and a real good female. he is 10 months old beautiful blanket back male with a huge mouth.
He is already starting to tree pretty good, hes only been to the woods 3 times, complete natural. Will be picking him up Friday for i tried him out and bought him.
Will get pictures on here as soon as i can and video cause he is absolutely awesome on tree. No money can buy him.

That is awesome about your new addition! Yeah Sid is a nice old dog! We still hunt him a little when its cool. The heat is hard on him now.

You said you have another pup off Sid? Which cross is it off of?

I hope he turns out to make a fine hound! Usually all you have to do is put them in the woods and they tend to do the rest!

I would love to see pics of him I will add him to Sids offspring thread!

Ya Christy my pup is out of Sid and GRCH PR Clark's Alabama Dream. Which Dream goes back to Stylish hickory Nut Gold and Night Heat Miss Dixie. He is 10 months old and a treeing machine. He is still very puppyish but when he smells a track all his natural ability comes out. He is independent and dont need another dog to take him through the woods. Dont get me wrong hes got a lot to learn but he is well on his way to being a top hound. I gave half ownership to my buddy and hes going to finish him out, his name is Mike and he is a top notch dog trainer. He nows how to bring the very best out of a dog. I have alot of respect for him and so glad that he is my best friend and hunting pardner. My cell number is 1-315-719-3785 i would love to talk to you folks sometime about dogs enjoy talking a meeting new people in the coon dog world. You guys can call me anytime I will keep you posted and pictures and videos of him on this site as soon as i can. We are very excited about him cause when we had Sids litter mate sister who we called nitro Natalie she was very impressive and we havent had a dog of that caliber since but i think we got one now.Thanks again.

Actually we owned Dream for 2 years and made both the last crosses on her.

She is a NICE female just hunts really deep. We sold her at setw days this year to a fine young man I believe lives in new york.

If you will go to Sids offspring thread there are several posts on there about Dream and hunts we had with her. Kenny Clark owned her before we got her. He is on the board as well.

Hi Christy, just a update on my pup, he is still doing pretty good not pushing him very hard he still has got a lot of puppy in him. I think it will be a while before he really matures when i hunt him with other dogs he sometimes still wants to play which is understandable. Just going to let him grow up before we overload his brain but i really cant wait till he decides to want to do it all the time cause when he gets focused he is awesome. Well just wanted to give you a update on him. have a great night and talk to ya later.

Sid bred a female direct out of Nitro yesterday. Hopefully she will take and have puppies!! I will post her pedigree later.
