Sounds like hot air blowing in the air but wait and see before its over at Skippers age and Clydes dedication to hunt every night Skipper will be one of the big name dogs out there and he want be retired once he wins a big hunt for clyde will hunt him like they do mr.Clean for Skipper was born to be a coon dog and Clyde want let the dollar sign get in his eyes and retire Skipper for it means more to win with Skipper than to make a million dollars as a retired stud dog.

thought it was pretty impressive that two dogs from here at home made it to the grand 16 at A.O. they probabley ain't what 30 mile apart, one in owsley and one in jackson, good job boys.

The best black dog u will ever go to the woods with. When on I've yet to see a dog that can keep up in any breed but I would like to see him get more consistent. The black dog breed better hope this one can reproduce his on likeness, if he can he will be the sackett jr of black dogs. Carol ace was reserve Ky st champion last year to.

Again carol big congrats man, I real feel a. O will get as big as the world hunt. I had a feeling u had a special dog.

I hear u carol. I used to hunt a good blue dog years ago. U should get up with Shane one night, I think u might be impressed. It's not that he is any better than a great walker hound but just as goog as any when clicking on all cylinders. I'm excited that we had three Ky hounds in the top 16, very impressive. The article came out tonight, we did a pretty good job Carl, we should be proud of ourselves, don't think there was any charge on running the article, it made the front page, so we are big news!! Ha Ha!! We gonna get the big head!! Ha Ha!!

Skipper deserves all the press he can get, he is one of the greatest hounds alive today.

This is Gail, I know he is the most famous dog ever lived in this county. Hands down!! and he just getting started.
As far as the horses go. I'd just about bet, there haven't ever been one in this county worth as much as some of the colts I've raised and sold. I've sold several good Tennessee Walking Horses, such as Air Force One, he sold for 100,000.00 as a two year old.
I'm NRA--I sold him for 20,000.00 and he sold for 60,000.00 2 months later, won the Two Year Old World Grand Championship, his owners turned down 600,000.00 for him after the Celebration. NRA has since won 4-5 more WGC, the last in 2010 with David Sisk.
I also raised Prodigy, The Pollocks from California own him, after he was gelded, he sold for 120,000.00, they still own him and he is also a World Champion.
Also Belladonna, she resides in KY. She hasn't won any world championships, but she is also a nice horse.
So as for famous horses or the worth of them, I don't think any of them can top NRA. He is my most prized colt from Steppin' High Stables. I have a full sister to Belladonna in Tennessee at Dick Peebles Stables being trained for sale in 2013, and I hope she brings more than the rest combined.
The dam of I'm NRA, which is a World Champion Model Mare is in foal to Armed and Dangerous again, full brother or sister on the way, this will be a great one too!
NO ONE IN THE HORSE INDUSTRY HAS RAISED AS MANY COLTS THAT MADE THE CELEBRATION IN SUCH A SHORT TIME, EVEN THE OLD TIMERS THAT HAVE DONE IT FOR DECADES.


So when I wrote that about Skipper, I meant every word of it!! There ain't none better in this county, or the next 5 surrounding counties!!

Hey clyde we would like for u to come up to the hunt Friday and Saturday, or either night u can make it. We got two nice lights to give away each night in a hunt off format. Bench show each night, and a free youth show Saturday night. I saw a picture of your daughter benching a dog and figured I would tell u to bring her up Saturday, 645 sat is youth show. Bring something to hunt if u want.
