Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to All. We are in the middle of the 9 day deer gun season up here. Won't be able to get out until Monday. Had been hunting Hickory alone but he is nursing a bad wheel from the last time we hunted. I may have to hunt one of the Zeb females until he gets better. We have had great weather up here all fall. A little cool but limited snow and hopefully we can stay hunting if the snow holds off.

We had a good hunt in Mo. last night I hunted my Zeb female and my buddy hunted 2 dogs for Gary, we had Bang up and a 2year old female out of Zeb named Taylor she did a really nice job on the second dump splitt treed with 2coons. Bang up has a really big mouth but he comes up short to many times we seen 5 coons he was never under any of them may be it was a bad night will be hunting with him again very shortly.

Gary and Reed came down here to my place about a month ago and we had a good hunt over in the river bottoms east of me, he brought Amos and Taylor both fine young hounds, i like both of their mouths, i hope all this water runs off pretty quick so we can get back in those bottoms, there full of coon and some of the best virgin oaks you ever laid your eyes on !

Yep yall need to put a drain plug in yalls river bottoms lol!! Gary and I dont have any coons to tree up here due to the distemper that set in a couple years ago... about wiped us out!!!

Logan/Cami pup

Here is a picture of my Logan/Cami cross male I got from Scott that just turned a year old. He is starting to progress really well and seems like he does better every night out. We got into a bunch of them last night. I hunted with my brother and a buddy. That's my brother with him here.

He"s marked up a lot like Cami !

How is BO bred ? Nice looking pup !!!

All I have is his puppy papers.... His sire is Dark Blue Bones and dam is Dark Blue Vegas, from his grandparents on top and bottom on both side is Uchtman. I think his grandfather was Uchtmans Night Hawk. We bought him last Grand american from Ronald Kight out of GA.

Logan/Cami Cross

Thanks for the pics of your Logan and Cami pups. Mine got killed on the road early this year.
Many of the dogs that you see on this post go back to the Newton and Lady Cross. Both of these dogs were highly respected and went back to the top crosses in the bluetick breed.
This is a branch of the Uchtman breeding that will get some mileage out of it. Good luck with your pups and keep the pictures coming.

Max was out of Nitech Uchtmans Rebel. This was a nice female that I had from years ago. She died of a twisted stomach one night after hunting at two years old.
