been hunting much

I been huntin some, walkin in this snow for long distance works on u and the dogs wore off becky and lucy pads last week. their healed up and bout to hit it again. My rags female lucy is really coming on. shes about half inapended i think she will be nice when she gets it all together. I got Perry out the other night be glad when the cats win the championship so I'll have my huntin buddy back full time

i ain't gonna lie. i haven't been much in this weather. tommy and devin been winning with josie and scar in pkc and i made josie show ch and got a best of show with scar. i just wish it would get up to freezing .

last night , temp. in low 20's still snow and ice. treed 2 , rags hadn't been out in a while but looked really good. can't say to much don't want to lose my hunting buddies..........................

bob, won 52.50 on Itsy (Rags x June) tonight in her first hunt ever.. talked to pkc and you dont have to have 100 on sire to register pups anymore.

that's a good start. are you going to make her nitech? that figures on the 100.00 after i get mine won. keep her cranking.

Unless something has changed in pkc you never had to win a 100 unless the parents were single registered.

yea bob plan on making her a nitech. Got a young boy wanting to learn the ropes in the hunts so he handled Ike and I wasnt about to go and watch so loaded her up and threw her in there. I think thats what he was talking about perry.

i guess that's what is was cause most of mine are single reg. you need to turn them cats off and get stepper in some hunts. mike and i bought a real nice male nitech 2 yearold out of albert and have already sold him. nice dog would have loved to kept him but can't hunt them all. sold everything we had for sale this week and a few for some others.

besides Itsy, Stepper, Sugar, and yours you know how the rest of the litter is doing bob? and you plan to make yours a nitech?

think tony told me about another one or two but those are the only ones i know about for sure. my nephew's son 15 has hunted her in a couple of ukc's.and she has done good but he has a long way to go in learning how to handle in the hunts . i may get one of the older boy to try and get her first place then let him try to finish her.

do you remember how many were in that litter?

i think you are correct. you are quite a student of the game...................

GOT

some reports this week on rags pups. Trent b put his pup out of his Itsy female in her first pkc hunt and she got in. Darin Williams from La. called to say his pup out of dual gr. hilliards penny is treeing coon alone. Terry called and said his pups out of both crosses on penny are split treeing and having coon.

I have a fine five month old out of Rags and June. She is going to be a natural. Very smart pup. Hopefully she will be all coon dog.. Treeing on a drag and a cage coon since three months old. She is not scared of anything..

and Sissy both got in tonight in pkc hunt. rags has his money won now so i might ss him . Sissy (rc x jenny) is bred to Scar and owned by J B and Brice Trull.

Hey any of you boys no where a man can get a good male dog? My buddy is looking for a good blue dog that is 2 to 4 years old.. But he is looking for a coondog. And a dog that he can put some money down to try out him for a week or so... To make sure that he is a coondog..
