Im still feeding High-Standard and getting it from a guy between Holdingford and St. Joseph one of the guys on the dog food thread posted his number. As far as why Ron got out of it I honestly don't know.

I hunt with him all the time, but can't remember what he calls her! He has the one off of Bart Hainz female. She is doing a super job. Gonna be a top caliber dog next hide season.

haveing a good hide season ben?come on down some fri or sat night you dont have anything to do.LOTS of good hunting. gonna get out for a few drops tonight before the wind really gets going, then rain around 9-10 tonight.i could get us into some real nice woods 25-30 minutes south of mankato.Travis

Brandon, we hunted hard and late that night as well. Glad we did. We should be able to hunt again within a few days. Sounds like you guys might be shut down for a while?

I wont be going out anytime soon. This wind might make it more of a harder type snow which should be easier for the dogs to stay a float if the weather decides to get warm enough for the coon to come out for water. I went to Platteville today for some errands, and my truck said -2 and that was around noon. Decided it was a good night to invite some friends over since I've been neglecting them for the last 8 months due to coonhunting.
