ed had a good hunt last nite

made a tree cody looked good had the meat real tough walkin in16 inchs of snow but it was worth it. brads pup ran and treed. boy sherman sounded good on that tree when i talked to yah!!! he was lettin them out sounded good and to no suprise he had the meat!!! talk to yah tomorow . todd

Well wasn't a real good lastnight..We made 3 dens , 1 on the outside and last drop got a good track and tbone opened..First time hes opened on the ground..Got to the dogs treed and saw his blue collar flashin below them on a another tree then I heard him..Yep he was split..Got to his tree and it was slick but, he was just winding the air, He thought he had it and that was good enough for now. I still have to run him with a shockin collar because he want come the last 20 yards to u when u are tryin to catch him..U can catch him at tree easy though..I've never turned a coon loose to him or anything..He is just learnin on the fly..May turn one loose for him this week..This moon gets out it should pick up..Later..p.s There is no doubt the TREE IS THERE!!!

hey buddy hope ure feelin better. i got fay here today had her loose in brads basement for a hour or so with raider shes a firery thing . she got a nice mouth good looks and is already as tall as raider. hope this snow melts of soon so i can get to work with her . thanks todd

sorry to hear you're not feeling too good. Just remember, " when the going gets tough, the tough get going ". Had a good talk with Josh last night, he's a good young man, I like him.

Also had a good talk with Brad. He strikes me as a good person, maybe a whole bunch like myself, I also like him.

I gave you bad information on U. S. Redbone Days at Claremont, Illinois. It will be the first weekend in August, I think the dates are Aug. 5th & 6th. We are looking forward to seeing you folks the first of August.

I sure am looking forward to meet you. I cant wait . I will be there. The only thing that could stop me is work. That is not likely to happen,cause from this day on i will start planning for that first week in August. I just had a little talk with the ROCK and he said that it does not matter to him when US REDBONE days are. He said they better have there running shoes on and laced up tight. Thanks Brad

Well, now I know that Rock is listening after your conversation with him. There were times when we had him here that I was not sure he understood all that I was saying to him. Course, he was younger and like most young'ens, one is not sure that they understand what you're saying. The running shoes may not help, maybe shoes with wings would be better. That dog can cover the ground in a heart beat. Like I said before, he was too much for this old man to follow.
