Three trees tonight. Six coons. One single. Then Penny got lonely with three treed. Last drop was 419yrds straight up. Started to Penny and Queenie. Sky opened up and started pouring! Finally got to the top of the mountain. Two big coons. I tried to video but the rain made for a blurry screen on my phone. Click on video below to watch.

Penny is one of the best 2yr. old meat dogs I've owned. She is not for the "Out in the woods behind the barn" coon hunter. Because when you cut her loose, you're gonna' see strange territory.

The consistency of this little female is unreal! Every time I cut her loose she shows the meat! Treed two tonight in one tree. She got struck about 300yrds on the side of a big mountain. Ran a good chase. Four screaming locate barks and rolled into a chop like a gat-ling gun. laurel over our heads and as you can see in the pic. rock cliffs as big as houses. When she trees, the meat will be hanging there when you get there.
