Coon were moving good tonight.Treed 4 big singles in 2 drops.Glad the rut is starting and the snow is gone.

Cool but a nice night and the coon seem to be out and about.
Made three drops and treed 3 singles.. Let the first two set to run again and just took the last one[big boar].

Dumped my female 4 times had 3 singles and a den. Dumped my young dog 4 times had slick 2 dens and a deer race.

Had a good hunt Lastnight.Treed 6 singles and a few dens.My trashy pup has turned around the last couple hunts.She did run a deer Lastnight but was cranking on every coon.Last drop she split treed with the meat so I'm happy.Hope everybody is enjoying this warm weather while it last.

Treed 3 last night and a few dens. This was Ike's first tree. This coon was 30 feet up and deader then dead. First time in my life I have seen something like this.

LOL I don't know what to think about it. You can see the coon is looking right at me with no eye shine.

Had a nice hunt tonight nice night to be in the woods. Treed 5 and 2 dens.

That happened to me last year or the year before. My female Treed on this big den that we tree on regularly. Theres a big hole at the bottom of the tree and several holes in the top. Anyways I go to handle my dog and notice a coon tail sticking out of the hole at the base of thr tree. That coon was frozen solid. I will never forget that.
