I'd hope so, how many satellite clubs will Batesville have?

LETS JUST HUNT!!

ive hunted in several areas of the US and all have their pros and cons. North Mississippi is full of coons. im sure they will have a BUNCH of cast with plus points.
ive never been to the W/C because its been too far, but i will be there this year. it is a more centralized location. the only complaints that i have noticed are GA hunters. Dont be hard headed. just load the dogs and drive to the hunt like the rest of the hunters. just because youre not hunting your spot doesnt mean that you dont have a chance to win. a coondog is a coondog no matter where you hunt it. there are a bunch of coons and coon hunters in the area. it should be a great location and atmosphere.

Heard that!! If I didn't go to Autumn Oaks and didn't have other priorities that weekend I'd be going. I live in Georgia and not an hour from Albany, i've never hunted in the winter classic either. Never had anything good enough to hunt I thought lol!! But I was there spending money though.

Batesville was great

I can't compare to Albany because I never went to WC there, but I have to say that Batesville was and EXCELLENT place to hold the event. The people, town, and businesses really welcomed up like I wouldn't expect for a sport not quite as popular as football :-). The civic center was a SUPER place to hold it and next year without the dirt, will be even better (though the dirt wasn't bad). The event seemed to go off without a hitch thanks to the UKC folks, and yes.....we treed a lot of coons!

We Walker, Redbone, Bluetick guys will have to brag a little less though.....that Black and Tan tore everybody up!
