Although I never hunted with "JJ" specifically I alway's admired the devotion & dedication of Theresa & Alton. From the time I entered my first competative event all through the year's they was alway's packin the kind that could beat ya any givin night.

Alton remind's me everytime I see him now that I was supose'ta be the owner of "Billy The Kid".

That "HINDSIGHT THING".............Ya know!

did you know a fellow by the name of woody johnson in that area he kept timberchopper and blealsley bred dogs he retire and moved to this area in the late 70s i belive

D.J. Tucker at Willow Springs, Mo. was a School Teacher and in the 1950's, started a line of RedBones, called the ABC RedBones ( ABILITY- BRAINS- CONFORMATION Mr Tucker would have ranked high among famous RedBone breeders in a few more years but suffered an early demise.

Back in my younger days, I had the pleasure of hunt'n with a few of the top Redbones of the day, Moran's Midnight Captain, Moran's Midnight Top Cat (late 60's early 70's) My favorite thou was Moran's Midnight Hickory. Spent many enjoyable nights with Fred Moran and Larry Packey.
