John seen in a 2010 bloodline where Randy & Dale finished a male to nitech Lone Pine Mountain Man how is he bred.
Mountain Man is out of Trackman and Honeybuns.
I hunted him for several months, but I called him Sloppy Joe. I really liked him. Dale took him to 3 hunts and made him a NiteCh, I think all 3 were 1st place wins, not sure though.
Slop is big and loud. He was the type to hunt a woods out, not blow through the country. He was very accurate and independent. His only real hole when I hunted him (he was young) was that he had too much nose. He'd take super cold tracks, but he'd finish them right. He eventually grew into that but there were some long, cold nights that I thought I might freeze to death waiting for him.
He was a bit of a slow starter or maybe it was just a slow finisher. I hunted him as a winter/kill season project.
He was sold just after he made NiteCh and is up in Wisconsin now.
NITECH Lone Pine Mountain Man aka Sloppy Joe

I would like to find a brother to your female,I know there is one bred like what i'm looking for out there.I know that sharpthooth kennels made a couple crosses the other way using a Cutter honeybuns cross over a Cowboy Shania cross. That makes them 3/4 lone pine bred i would like to have a male off either cross from above.
couple pups out of the Honeybuns/Legend cross
