There will be no need to keep trying to call. Since the PM's I've sent you and the talks we have had are not working. I'll post this so all can see. I've told you a number of times since back in January up until now that my supplier was having problems getting me the material I need to get you the collars that you are asking about. I have been able to ship out collar orders to you in the past 7 months as I received the material. Right now I have nothing to send you and you have given me NO money to KEEP expecting that I will ship out any order. I have also PM you that I was extremely busy and didn't even have the time to make them.

I'm asking you nicely to quit posting on here about an order that was placed 2 months ago and trying to make me look bad to other readers. If I had taken any money for you for this order then you would have a right to do this, but I haven't and you don't so PLEASE STOP.

When and if I get any more material and I have the time and you still need collars I will be more than happy to send them to. I'm not a wholeseller or have ever advertised to be a collar maker. I'm a custom dog box builder and a retailer of hound supplies. That has tried to help others out by selling them quality built dog collars at a good price.

Also calling me when I'm in my metal working shop with saws, grinders and other loud equipment going on, I'm not always going to hear the phone ring. Calling me after I've closed around 7PM EST and have turn the phones off, Probably not going to answer then either. Finally calling me on Saturdays when I've clearly posted right above your post that I wasn't going to be home to answer the phone and you getting mad about that and posting it on here also needs to stop. I might not always return your call but calling me multiple times a day every day about the same thing is not needed. I've talked with you and PM you with in the last 2 month to try to keep you informed about what was going on. Things happen and I get behind and don't always ship when I think I'm going to be able to. I've told you along with others that I've sold collars to about the problem with the material and they find them else where or wait on me with out calling me up every day.

With all this said retail store, on-line and phone orders in a retail manner will always ship same day if ordered before 2PM EST unless I'm out of stock on some thing and you will know before I get off the phone or as soon I see an order come thru on-line if that is the case.

DONE WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD.
You told me on 5/23 that you would send the collars or what you had made (your words) on Monday May 27th). No shipment then, and you have said you would ship them two more times since then only to tell me two months later that you are too busy to make them.
Always some excuse with you.

But since you wanted to post it on this board instead of calling me so be it.

I would only like for you to do what you told me you would do. Nothing more or less. I have PMs I can copy and paste if you say what I wrote is not true. The last one on 6/24 copied below....
