Congrats on the purchase of such a fine hound im more than shocked that Mike let the ol'gal go. As I know she was family to him. Guess he knew the ol gal wasnt quite done winning yet and he wanted the public to see a lil more of ol jack pot in action. Lord know the ol gal aint got nothin to prove that she aint already. but sounds like she's comeing out of retirement full steam ahead and that only mean 1 thing a whole bunch more little yellow slips under her belt and in front of her name! Hope ur lookin forward to gettin ur picture taken cause thats how ol jackie rolls just ask mike and every other handler she's had handle her. Oh and 1 more thing she's very photogentic if i don't say so myself. lol congrats agian.

Thanks everyone.

I plan to give the girl a break in the hunts till Late Winter/Spring and then break her out again. She'll be hunted regular still though. She has been just sitting in a pen now for 4 to 5 months without being hunted at all. As you all know she is some kind of accurate. So leaves being off will definately be a plus. This will also give me time to let her have a litter this Fall while I am finishing her to Grand Show. One things for sure they will be heavy Fireball bred no matter which stud she goes to.

Mike told me she was gonna be sold.. I already had a deal workin on a couple. You wont have to look far for that fireball stud.. I have an older dog on the way... when you feel up to talkin give me a call this is kinda secret I dont want these guys around here to know what hit them when I drag him to a hunt. Hey does anyone, know if this hound is still around. Brandy ended up having Fireball 4 times close so she is actually around 37.40% Fireball. Including GRNITECH'PR' BACHELDER'S RED BOW about the only GrNtCh hound directly from Fireball that I was wanting some blood from that I'm not going to have in the pedigrees of my hounds. Any info would sure be appreciated. In case you are wondering the other one is GrNtCh. Lewis' Red Fireball.

A good friend of mine has a pup off her hes going to breed to Light'in soon as they get her finished I know she has her 1st in U.K.C. & a 10th place she is just about done.

Your right it was up there by you. I've got to get my new printer/ scan set-up. As soon as I do then I've got some other pics of Fireball III, Grasshopper, Rooster, Hazel, etc.. I plan to put up on here to. The cross to Light'in with this I think would probably work pretty well. Is that one from the Ghost cross I guess? That seemed to have worked fairly well. I think real well if he just could have bred to Pratt's Rock dog. They share closer relatives and more Fireball but since he's not around anymore that won't happen.

Daisy

Well talked to one of my buddy's today. I think we're going to take Daisy down to an RQE and see if I can get her qualified for the World Show. Sure wish I could get in the woods but I've got to get healed up still from the surgery. They are saying I have to not lift more than 5 lbs. till Sept. 7th. I did at least get approved to drive now, as long as I take it easy. Staying in the house all the time was about to drive me crazy. If not for my limitations I'm sure I'd be carrying Jackie to get her qualified again. O well I've got plenty of pups currently and on the way to have many years of hunting all I want. Who knows Jackie might have a run left in her for next year.

There planing on crossing her to Light'in this will put alot of Fireball Blood in them.She sure is a ((LOOKER)) !!!!!

I think a soilid coondog in all aspects of his abilites would cross coon dogs off Jackie . I myself like a line bred . The Fireball would absolutely be there . The best Red Bone , that looks good doing it hound , I've seen in a long time is Fire Ball bred . Can't go to bad wrong , your going to the side you trust and kind a know what to expect . Good luck with her allways .

Im hopeing to have them eating all they want by then & let all the folks that will be here for Oaks take there pups home with them that away they dont need to drive all these miles back here it would be nice for them to be able to take them with them while there here.((Thats my Plans))

Steve, looking good this is the first time I ever seen a picture of the III Dog or that I can remember anyway he was a nice looking dog Big things happen in small places.

The III Dog is up close in Terry's Speed Queen also Im sure this has helped alot in these pups off her & Light'in its ((NO)) wonders there running & treeing the way they are with all the great dogs that are in there Pedigree.

Thats a good picture of Jackie on the front cover I put mine up to save for yrs. to come & show my Grandson.

Daisy's Qualified! for the World Show!

Well took Daisy to her first show in a while some buddies talked me into going to and Daisy is Qualified for the World Show. Won GrCh Female against some stiff competition. I was even a little surprised considering it wasn't until a week ago I even planned to go to it. Daisy will for sure be in physical training several times a week now and bench training everyday, until the World Show. Not Bad for a hound that's bred to do nothing but hunt. Last time I worked with her at all was right before American Redbone Days. Lookout the Fireball train is coming down an unlikely track, this could get interesting.

I sure am interested to see how things go at the World Show. One things for sure, that I learned from Bo Parker a long time ago. At the shows you don't ever know what might go on becuase you don't know what the judge is thinking. All you can do is get in there show your dog the best you can and see what they decide. Sure a whole lot different than the hunts that's certain becuase I am far more of a hunter than a shower.
