I have been a walker man all my life but after huntin Ruby all year for Asa she has me convinced to switch it up a bit and try me a Jack pup!!!

Don't know how fine they are, but the last litter was not too shabby. At lunch she had 7 but one was dead. We'll see when I get home later tonight. One black and white and 5 redtick, not sure on the sex. Will probably wait a day or 2 to check that out.

Emma had 8 and lost one yesterday. Still 7 this morning, 3 females (1 B&W and 2 redticks), 4 males (all redticks)

I have taken Bling (Jack X thunder Silk) out twice once at night and once during the day. She is a good acting pup nose always working. she is crossing creeks clibing woven wire fences. showed her a caged coon and she barked at it. made a short drag with a coon hide to see what she would do and she ended up getting down wind of the tree before she ever found the track and followed her nose in the air to the tree. and if she ends up treeing any thing like the way she barks at feeding time she will be a nice tree dog....

Asa I took Roxy to the woods early this Morning and what a great acting pup......very athletic and always working! Like her alot...I will get her going and send her your way for awhile Ace......I will try to get some pics tomorrow morning!

Jack male

Asa- My son Travis and I went to the UP this past weekend. Fri-sat-sun Took the Jack male that I was telling you about. Our group had four tags, we filled three of them. Tramp was on the start to finish of all three. One was caught in a rock cave, bad situation. Tramp was bit in the back of his skull, shoulder and spine. Had a large tear in his nose from a claw. He never backed down and was shaking the pi-- out of it when we drug it out. He is the real deal. Speed and nose. Hope he lives a long time.

Emma has kept 5 so far, I think they'll all make it from here on out. She has 3 females and 2 males. I'll get some pic's posted as soon as I get a few taken of them.
